How can I pay for my items?

There are 2 options for you to choose from​

  • ATM Bank Transfer

Kindly update us via watsapp at 88824889 or email us at haeqma@gmail.com with your order number when you have made payment  so that we can process your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We offer a gift wrapping service for a small fee. Feel free to write in to us at haeqma@gmail.com and we will assist you from there.

What are your local shipping options?

We want to make your shopping experience an ease of mind! So we made shipping fuss free too! 

 

We provide flat rate shipping at $5 because we believe that shipping should not be based on how heavy your order actually is, so don't worry about that and simply shop away.

 

All item ordered under HAEQMA will be charged at a flat rate of $5 or totally free if you purchase $100 or above in a single order. All orders will be delivered at your doorstep.

* Delivery times are only estimates, and services are provided by third parties. Therefore we are not responsible for delivery times or services once your order is shipped out.

Please expect delays during peak periods ( eg.Public Holidays )

Can i return the items purchased and get a refund?

 All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

What if I receive wrong orders?

In the event that you have received a wrong item, please contact us immediately. Contact us with your request at haeqma@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase so we can look out for your returns. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund excluding delivery fees.

*All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn with labels intact and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a return item product not meet these requirements or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Refunds should be processed within 1 week.
